Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING
Normal order processing can take between 1-2 business days (unless stated otherwise , for custom orders) (Monday – Friday). We always try to ship as quickly as possible but sales, promos and new releases my result in longer processing times.

SHIPPING ADDRESS/ INCORRECT ADDRESS
The shipping address cannot be changed after your order is placed. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the address is incomplete, it is marked "unclaimed" or “return to sender,” or it has been deemed undeliverable for any reason by the carrier, we will notify you by email. Once the package is delivered back to us, our returns team will process it and refund the subtotal of your order less any shipping fees.

  • A refund will not be issued until the parcel has arrived back in our facility. Note: Once we have processed a refund, it can take your bank anywhere from 2-8 business days to process the refund on their end and issue it back to your account.
  • It is the responsibility of the customer to provide the correct address at checkout as Rosario's Crafts is not responsible for deliveries to the wrong address due to customer entries.

If your order qualifies for free shipping and is returned back to us due to an incomplete or unknown address OR packages that are refused/return to sender will be refunded LESS what the shipping and handling charges would have been without the Free Shipping promotions.  

UPS, USPS FIRST CLASS MAIL, PRIORITY MAIL
Orders delivered within the 48 contiguous states should arrive in 4 – 6 business days depending on delivery location. Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii will take an additional 2 – 5 days for delivery. Business days do not include weekends. Please note that orders could arrive in multiple packages.
